1. Overview
Y, YKS, YKK series medium and large high voltage cage three-phase asynchronous motors have twelve center heights from H355 to H1250. The company adopts advanced technology at home and abroad, through a mature and reliable design and production system, and combines the company's many years of medium and large high voltage The new series of products developed by the experience of AC motor manufacturing have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, high reliability and convenient installation and maintenance.

Four, technical characteristics and structure type
4.1 This series of motors adopts a box structure, the frame is welded from steel plates into a box shape, light weight, and good rigidity. A protective top cover or cooler is installed on the top of the motor to facilitate the heat dissipation, installation and maintenance of the motor.
4.2 The stator adopts an external press-fit structure, and the stator and rotor are punched from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The stator winding is made of F-class insulation material, which has strong insulation withstand voltage and anti-corona ability. The winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VPI) process, so the motor insulation performance Excellent and reliable, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance and long service life.
4.3 The rotor cage bar can be made of cast aluminum or copper according to performance parameters or user requirements. Among them, the cast aluminum cage bar and the end ring are integrally cast by centrifugal to ensure the mechanical strength and prevent the cage bar from breaking during the motor operation; the copper bar rotor is made of high-quality copper material, and the cage bar is welded with the end ring by intermediate frequency welding. The welding quality is good. High strength, and through the fastening process in the groove, greatly reduce the phenomenon of broken copper bars.
4.4 The bearing adopts two forms of rolling bearing and sliding bearing. It is determined by the power and speed of the motor. Its protection level is IP44, IP54 or IP55. The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and drainage device, which is easy for users to use and maintain.
4.5 The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the extension end of the main shaft), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Separate ground terminals are provided inside and outside the junction box.
4.6 According to user requirements, temperature measurement devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
