Four, technical characteristics and structure type
4.1 This series of motors adopt a box-type structure. The frame is welded from steel plates into a box-type, with strong ribs and good strength. The
motor is equipped with a protective cover or cooler to facilitate the motor's heat dissipation, installation and maintenance.
4.2 The stator adopts an external press-fit structure, and the stator and rotor are punched from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The stator winding is made of F-class insulation material, which has strong insulation withstand voltage and anti-corona ability. The winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI) is used, so the motor's insulation performance Excellent and reliable, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance and long service life.
4.3 The rotor cage bar can be made of cast aluminum or copper according to performance parameters or user requirements. Among them, the cast aluminum cage bar and the end ring are integrally cast by centrifugal to ensure the mechanical strength and prevent the cage bar from breaking during the motor operation; the copper bar rotor is made of high-quality copper material, and the cage bar is welded with the end ring by intermediate frequency welding. The welding quality is good. High strength, and through the fastening process in the groove, greatly reduce the phenomenon of broken copper bars.
4.4 When the motor has no axial thrust, the bearing adopts rolling bearing, and its protection grade is IP23\IP44, IP54 or IP55. The rolling bearing is equipped with non-stop oil injection and drainage device, which is easy for users to use and maintain. When bearing axial thrust, thrust sliding bearing can be used.
4.5 According to user requirements, temperature measurement devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
