Four, technical characteristics
4.1 The excitation, rectification, excitation control, de-excitation protection and other devices of the synchronous motor are installed on the rotor. The rectified power is supplied by the coaxial alternator, thus eliminating the slip ring and carbon brush device, making the overall structure compact and eliminating slippage. 4.2 The use of new insulating materials, semiconductor materials and insulation technology, with super-strong insulation withstand voltage and anti-corona capabilities.
4.3 The temperature rise margin is large. Under various working conditions such as start, overload, overexcitation, underexcitation, shutdown, etc., it can ensure that the temperature rise of each part does not exceed 80% of the corresponding group temperature. The motor adopts Class F insulation, and the temperature is evaluated according to the temperature rise limit of Class B insulation.
4.4 The tE time value is long and the starting time is short. To ensure the safety and reliability of the motor, the tE time value of the motor is designed to be above 9s, which is convenient for users to adjust and use.
4.5 The protection device is advanced and complete.
4.5.1 Stator windings and bearings are equipped with temperature detection devices, which can monitor, alarm and trip.
4.5.2 Shutdown space heater with anti-condensation effect (increased safety airtight type).
4.5.3 There is a purge device interface on the motor, and a purge pipe is designed inside the motor to discharge the internal dangerous gas before the motor starts.
4.6 The brushless excitation system adopts a coaxial integrated structure of rotating rectifier, rotating armature AC main exciter and synchronous motor. It has automatic de-excitation protection, automatic excitation at the best time of polarity, and step out of step with load. The intelligent automatic control function of the out-of-step protection has a high degree of stability and fast response performance. Moreover, when the voltage of the power supply system fluctuates instantaneously and there is an oscillation, or when the driven mechanical equipment or process has strong transient disturbance, the motor With automatic intelligent protection and control function, the impact on the operation of the motor is much smaller than that of the traditional brushed synchronous motor.

5.1 The overall structure of this series of motors is a box structure, and the base, end cover, bottom plate, etc. are welded by steel plates. The motor is an independent cavity, and the AC exciter and the rotating rectifier disc form another independent cavity.
5.2 The magnetic materials of the motor and the exciter are made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability and low loss. The damping strip and the magnetic pole core adopt a special fixing method to prevent starting sparks; all internal conductor connections, fasteners, supports and The screws on the rotating body have loose measures to ensure firmness and reliability, and avoid sparks and arcs.
5.3 The stator winding adopts reliable anti-corona measures to increase the corona initiation voltage. The main motor and the AC exciter winding are treated with VPI as a whole dipping paint, which has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
5.4 Adopt seat type spherical sliding bearing. The bearings are insulated to prevent shaft currents; new lubricating oil and thin-walled bearing alloy tiles are used, and electromagnetic centerline signs are set.
5.5 Rotating rectifier plate: The position is small on the outside of the exciter, the electrical connectors, fixing parts and heat sink are integrated, compact structure, reliable operation, low failure rate, and convenient installation and maintenance.

8.2 When placing an order, the type, rated power, synchronous speed, rated voltage, rated frequency, protection class, flywheel torque, rotation direction and installation form of the motor shall be indicated.
