I. Overview
YR wound rotor series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (frame number 180-1250) are standard products produced by our factory for many years, with reasonable structure and reliable technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise and vibration, high reliability, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The power level, installation size and electrical performance of the motor are in line with the national standard GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Motors" and related IEC standards and national industry standards JB/T7594. The motor is suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000m, and the surrounding air temperature does not exceed 40ºC And there is no serious dust, no corrosive and explosive gas environment. Motors suitable for humid tropics and plateau areas can also be produced according to order requirements.
The rated frequency of the power supply of the motor is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 6000V or 10000V. 60HZ or other voltage motors can also be manufactured according to order requirements.
The basic installation method of the motor is horizontal with feet (IMB3), and the working system is continuous working system (SI).
2. Structure
The motor adopts a box structure. The base is welded by steel plate, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. A protective top cover is installed on the top of the machine base, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and is convenient for maintenance and repair of the motor.
The stator adopts an external press-fit structure. The stator winding is made of F-class insulating materials, and the ends are reliably fixed and tied. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple turn-to-turn pulse voltage tests and ground pressure tests, and adopts German advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint equipment and technology (VPI) processing. Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
The wound rotor adopts Class F insulation material.
There are two types of bearings, rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. The YR series is a basic series, and the protection level is IP23. YRQF series, (IPW24), YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) can also be derived according to order requirements.
The main junction box is generally installed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension), and can also be installed on the left side of the motor according to order requirements. There is a separate ground terminal in the main junction box.
