Product Description
I. Overview
The large three-phase synchronous motor for TK series air compressor is a high-performance series product specially designed and developed by our company for the load of air compressor.
This series of motors adopts new technology, new materials, new processes, exquisite material selection, and sophisticated manufacturing. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance.

Four, technical characteristics
4.1 The structural design is reasonable, safe and reliable, and the ability to step out of step is strong.
4.2 The main insulation structure using new insulating materials has high voltage resistance and long motor life.
4.3 The temperature rise margin is large. The motor adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to the temperature rise limit of the B pole insulation.
4.4 The protection device is advanced and complete.
4.1.1 The stator windings and bearings are equipped with temperature detection devices, which can detect, alarm and trip.
4.4.2 Shutdown space heater with anti-condensation effect.
4.5 Large inertia. Motors with different moments of inertia can be produced according to user needs.
Five, structure type
5.1 The overall structure of this series of motors is welded with steel plates for the frame, end cover, and bottom plate. The motor is an independent cavity, and the slip ring can be designed with different protection levels according to user requirements.
5.2 Stator: The stator frame is welded by steel plate. The motor stator outlet is led out by a high-voltage rubber cable. The outlet position can be led out from the lower part of the base or from the main junction box on the side of the motor.
The stator core is superimposed by low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts.
The stator winding is F grade insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B grade to help extend the service life. It adopts VPI overall dipping paint treatment, which has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
5.3 The rotor magnetic pole core is made of laminated steel plates, and has different structures such as magnetic pole screws and T tails. The rotor bracket has ventilation holes and is equipped with a fan, which can well control the temperature rise of the rotor.
5.4 Adopt seat type spherical sliding bearing. The bearings are insulated to prevent shaft currents.
Use new lubricating oil and thin-walled bearing alloy tiles, and set electromagnetic centerline signs.
5.5 According to user needs, the slip ring can be designed as a positive pressure ventilation structure to increase the safety of the motor. The total length of the motor with the positive pressure ventilation structure of the slip ring is slightly increased.
6. Conditions of Use
6.1 Voltage fluctuation: ±5% (It can run under ±10% under the conditions of 7.3 in GB755)
