Four, technical characteristics and structure type
4.1 This series of motors adopt a box structure, the frame is welded by steel plates into a box type, light weight, good rigidity, the top of the motor is equipped with a protective top cover or cooler, which is convenient for motor heat dissipation, installation and maintenance.
4.2 The stator is made of high-quality low-loss silicon steel sheets laminated in sections to ensure the quality of the iron core, so as to reduce iron core loss and improve efficiency. The stator winding is made of F-class insulating material, which has strong insulation withstand voltage and anti-corona ability. The winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI) is used, so the motor's insulation performance Excellent and reliable, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance and long service life.
4.3 Our company designs a fan size in the same center, high and the same pole number according to 1-2 power files, each fan calculates the air inlet and outlet angles in detail, and uses Ansys to analyze the partial pressure air volume of each section of the air duct, and design a reasonable air duct The distribution and number of air ducts strictly control the wind friction of the motor.

4.5 Through the German LDW motor high-power and high-efficiency motor technology transformation work, the slot-piece optimized structure is adopted, the air path is optimized, and the overall wind resistance of the motor is reduced to reduce the overall wind path loss.
4.6 The bearing adopts two types of rolling bearing and sliding bearing. It is determined by the power and speed of the motor. Its protection level is IP44, IP54 or IP55. The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and drainage device, which is easy for users to use and maintain.
4.7 The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the extension end of the main shaft), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Separate grounding terminals are provided inside and outside the junction box.
4.8 According to user requirements, temperature measuring devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
