I. Overview

Four, technical characteristics
4.1 By adding a "Γ"-shaped damping ring to the solid magnetic poles, the motor can provide a large enough starting torque, a pulling torque and a lower starting current, which can ensure the smooth starting and acceleration of the motor, and have a small impact on the power grid, and meet the user load requirements .
4.2 The use of new insulating materials and insulation technology, with super strong insulation and voltage resistance.
4.3 The motor adopts class F insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to the temperature rise limit value of class B insulation. It has a long service life and a good ventilation system, which makes the unit under various working conditions such as startup, overload, overexcitation, underexcitation, and shutdown. Ensure that the temperature rise of each part does not exceed the allowable limit.
4.4 Through accurate calculation and analysis, the structure of the rotor is determined. The high-power motor adopts the integrated structure technology of shaft and choke to make the motor safe and reliable.
4.5 The protection device is advanced and complete.
4.5.1 The stator windings and bearings are equipped with temperature detection devices, which can detect, alarm and trip.

Five, structure type
5.1 The structure of this series of motors is generally horizontal, and the cooling method is a closed circulating air cooling system, which is located at the bottom of the motor. For extra-high-power motors, it is of box-type structure and water-cooled.
5.2 The motor magnetic material adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability and low loss, which improves the working efficiency of the motor and reduces the operating cost of the motor. Rigid stator structure, the iron core is fixed on the supporting ribs of the frame in the circumferential direction through the dovetail groove and compressed in sections with high pressure, and all the forces are transmitted to the base through the frame, minimizing vibration. The damping ring and the magnetic pole adopt a special fixing method to prevent malfunctions caused by poor contact; all internal conductive body connectors, fasteners, supports and screws on the rotating body have anti-loosening measures to ensure firmness and reliability.
5.3 The stator winding is treated with VPI as a whole dipping paint, which has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
5.4 The bearing is a sliding bearing with pressure oil circulation, which is installed in a bearing seat made of cast steel. The sliding bearing has a spherical bearing that can automatically adjust the center. The inner surface of the bearing is coated with a layer of Babbitt alloy to prevent power generation Lead-tin eutectic occurs when the machine is running at high temperature. The bearings are insulated to prevent shaft currents.
